Stays on your device
- Your IRCTC username and password, stored encrypted inside the extension. They are never sent to us.
- Passenger names, ages, berth and meal choices, journeys and schedules. They are used only to fill IRCTC pages in your own browser.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, to log you in with a one-time code and to link the passes you buy to your account.
- Payment records: the pass, amount, time and Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
- Booking outcomes: train number, class, number of passengers, booking statuses and any error message. No passenger names and no PNR.
- Run diagnostics (timeline, error messages, last log lines, with names/phone/GST removed) are sent to our servers to fix failures, can be switched off in Automation settings.
- The date of each day you use the extension, to count active users.
- On this website, Google Analytics records pages visited and a few steps (Add to Chrome, log in, checkout), with device, browser and approximate location. It uses cookies.
